Background and aims KLF8 is a member of KLF transcription factors which play an important role in oncogenesis.However, the role of KLF8 in colorectal cancer is still unknown.Our aim was to examine its expression in colorectal cancers, to determine its role in cell differentiation and to investigate the antiproliferative effect of KLF8 silencing.
