Objective To observe the expression of hepatic Ang (1-7)/Mas receptor and phospho-p38 MAPK influenced by angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor blocker(ARB) Olmesartan on hepatic fibrosis in rats, so as to discuss the antifibrosis mechanism of Olmesartan and its possible signal transduction pathway.
