C/C复合材料密度对熔渗后C/C-Cu复合材料性能的影响

  以无纬布/网胎针刺毡为预制体,通过化学气相渗透法(CVI)制备不同密度的C/C复合材料多孔体,并通过真空熔渗法将Cu-Ti合金渗入C/C复合材料多孔体中,从而获得C/C-Cu复合材料.用扫描电镜观察了C/C-Cu复合材料的微观组织形态,并探究了C/C复合材料多孔体密度对熔渗后C/C-Cu复合材料电阻率、热导率、热膨胀系数的影响.结果 表明:熔渗后铜合金充分填充于C/C复合材料多孔体内,与基体炭界面结合良好;随着C/C复合材料密度的升高,熔渗后C/C-Cu复合材料热膨胀系数降低;电阻率逐渐增大且热导率逐渐减小.当C/C复合材料密度为0.63g/cm3时,熔渗后C/C-Cu复合材料的导电导热性最好.
