By using the induced heating high temperature oxidation apparatus, the oxidation behaviors of matrix-modified carbon materials with ZrC, ZrB2 and ZrB2-SiC, ZrC-TaC at 1800 ℃ and 2100 ℃ in 1atm air and 0.2atm pure O2 are investigated, which proves that the oxidation resistance of antioxidants are significant at different oxidation conditions.The microstructure and component of oxides layer are analyzed by SEM, XRD, and EDS.The boundary layer diffusion controlled model has been established, through which the oxidation mechanism and main factors can be explained preferably.
