石墨烯改性碳纤维/溴化环氧/氰酸酯层压复合材料的低温力学性能

  本文探讨了氧化石墨烯(G0)对碳纤维/溴化环氧/氰酸酯层压复合材料在室温(RT)和77K下的力学性能的影响,研究了石墨烯含量对复合材料形貌及其拉伸和弯曲性能的影响.研究结果表明,氧化石墨烯的加入显著增强了树脂基体和碳纤维的界面结合程度,GO的加入能够有效提高复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能,当GO的含量为0.2wt%时,其增强效果最佳,其拉伸强度在RT和77K下分别提高了15.9%和19.4%,弯曲强度在RT和77K下分别提高了13.4%和16.9%.由此可见,GO的加入明显提高了该层压复合材料的力学性能.
