圈养麇鹿疱疹病毒感染的诊断

为了查找北京动物园饲养麋鹿发病死亡的原因,采用一临床病理学、免疫组织化学、电镜观察、PCR扩增技术等方法进行病原查找和鉴别,并进行综合判定.结果发现:①在病变组织中没有分离到致病细菌;②在经免疫组织化学反应的肝脏细胞浆内观察到少量的棕色颗粒;③在肝脏、脾脏、肾脏组织细胞中均见有直径约150~200nm的圆形带囊膜的病毒样粒子;④经PCR方法鉴定该病毒属于疱疹病毒.根据检测结果,结合临床病理变化,确诊本次麋鹿是因感染疱疹病毒发病死亡.
