为了解和监控麋鹿的营养和健康状况,本研究选取不同年龄阶段的麇鹿,测定其血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白的水平,分析这几个指标随年龄的变化规律.这对于麇鹿各年龄段相关疾病的诊断和预防具有重要参考价值.结果表明:雌性和雄性麋鹿血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白的含量在幼年期较低,随着年龄的增长,蛋白含量在青年期和成年期达到最高水平,成年期后随着年龄的增长逐渐降低.年龄与血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白的相关性较强,性别与总蛋白、球蛋白和白蛋白的含量相关性差.青年期和成年期的蛋白含量相近,均显著高于幼年期和老年期,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05).在麋鹿发育的各个阶段,雄性血清的蛋白含量均略高于雌性.
