　　Flow dynamics features of single DNA molecule moving within micro/nano-channel have been becoming significant for it can be widely used in stretching,separating,and developing high-speed DNA sequence technology.In this report,the electrodynamics properties of λ-DNA molecules transferring through 30-μm fluidic channel driven by electric field force are studied with the single molecule fluorescence imaging technology.
