Based on magnetic nanoparticles,new cell-penetrating peptides and taking advantage of the amplification effect of the high expression matrix metalloproteinases in pulmonary carcinoma cells,we developed a novel cell-penetrating peptide-mediated near-infrared fluorescent magnetic nanoparticles.By conventional small animal fluorescence molecular tomography,MRI and controllable alternating magnetic field generator,the nanoparticles was used to the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary carcinoma.
