In this research, mesoporous NiO fibers used as anode electrode for for the electro-oxidation of ethanol were synthesized by the method of coprecipitation-thermal decomposition.The NiO precursors were firstly precipitated from nickel ions solution with addition of oxalate salt, and then the final NiO particles were obtained by pyrolysis of the precursors.
