Nano/micro-based properties of hydrogels such as patterns and particles with drugs are important in tissue engineering.Structural morphology of hydrogel with nano/micro patterns was evaluated which may affect cell behaviors, including response and growth,on implantable polymeric biomaterials [1].Hyaluronic acid was employed as a substrate by utilizing a well-defined components constituting extra cellular matrix, thus regarded as appropriate biomaterial for clinical tissue engineering purposes [2].
