Purpose:This study aimed to explore the aberrant status of innate immune response-related gene NFATc3 and its potential function in HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:Real-time PCR was used to determine the mRNA level of NFATc3 in HCC samples. The transcriptional regulation of IFN-related genes by NFATc3 was detected by luciferase reporter assay and real-time PCR.The anti-HBV function of NFATc3 was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.CCK-8 assay, wound healing, and transwell assay were used to determine the effect of NFATc3 on HCC oncogenic properties.
