DEFEL程序的并行设计

  针对DEFEL串行计算程序,通过分析其计算特点和主要数据依赖关系,设计了基于区域分解的并行算法,采用MPI编写了相应的并行程序,使得程序能够在高性能并行计算机上运行,解决了计算规模和计算时间问题。针对DEFEL并行计算程序,在集群上进行了正确性和并行效率测试,测试结果表明,并行计算程序的计算结果正确,50万节点iron模型的并行效率达到了78%。
