Advances in the technologies in the field of ART and understanding of the subject have improved Implantation Rate (IR) per Embryo Transfer.This has given parallel rise in multiple pregnancies and its associated maternal and neonatal morbidity over singleton pregnancy.In this talk will cover how to overcome this with Single Embryo Transfer (SET) without decreasing the IR.Will also discuss case selection, advantages and pitfalls of it with evidence based medicine.
