insecticides resistance is a global challenge for insects control around the world.Increased expression level of cytochrome P450 genes is an important mechanism for insecticide resistance,as well as the adaptability to host plants.Cytochrome P450 CYP6B7 was reported to be overexpressed in several resistant strains of Helicoverpa armigera.Here we found that the relative expression level of CYP6B7 in H.armigera could be significantly induced by 0.1mg/g fenvalerate in artificial diets after 48h treatment,which increased 5.02 ± 0.98-fold,as well as by 2 and 10 mg/g 2-tridecanone after 48h treatment,which increased 9.02 ± 2.07-and 16.82 ± 0.79-fold,respectively,comparing with that of the control.
