  We have successfully designed and conducted the direct synthesis process of hydrogen peroxide based on micro reactor technology.We started from conducting the reaction using microchannel packed with catalyst,which produced 0.1wt%of hydrogen peroxide with 6 g/h.Microchannel prevented gas bubble expansion which lead to explosion,and large interfacial area,generated by the catalyst packed in the microchannel,promoted the gas-liquid mass transfer1.
