In a design of the system parallelized microreactors(MRs),numbering-up system,there is a method of inserting many measuring and control instruments in the system to achieve equal flow distribution.However,this method makes the system complex and leads it to unstable operations.So flow distributors(FDs)has developed.A manifold-type FD,a bifurcation-type FD and a split-and-recombine-type FD(SRFD)have been reported.SRFD enable blockage detection by fewer measuring instruments1).In this research,the final purpose is to establish a design method of constructing the numbering-up system from laboratory.In this present,using Suzuki-Miyaura coupling,we optimized the reaction condition of each monolithic MR,developed the numbering-up system with five MRs and SRFD(Fig.1),and demonstrated equal flow distribution and a stable continuous operation.Further,we confirmed the validity of the method of a blockage detection.
