Aim of the study: To investigate the efficacy of bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs) grafted on the regeneration of injured spinal cord and change of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in rats with spinal cord injury(SCI).Sixty-six SD rats was used to establish the models of SCI(the T12 spinal cords segment) by Allens WD method, then were randomly divided into three group: normal group, spinal cord injury group(SCI group) and BMSCs group grafted after spinal cord injury(BMSCs group).
