Objective: To evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in predicting the prognosis of patients with gallbladder carcinoma.Methods: From April 2005 to November 2012, 95 patients who suspected clinically with gallbladder carcinoma were examined by using 18F-FDG PET/CT.All cases were confirmed for gallbladder carcinoma by pathological (68 cases) or long-term clinical follow-up (27cases).The PET/CT imaging date and other factors relationship with the survival of 95 patients with gallbladder carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed, to evaluatethe value of PET/CT imaging in the prognosis of patients with gallbladder carcinoma.
