Aim: There are increasingly reports of beneficial effects of exercise on depressive disorder and cognitive impairment in humans.Cognitive impairment is one of the main symptoms in depression.However, no study has shown that exercise can improve cognitive impairment in depression.Therefore, this study aim to evaluate the effect of long-term regular physical exercise on depression-induced cognitive impairment in the Chronic Unpredictable stress model.
