  Objective: Effects of ionizing radiation on mouse bone marrow stromal stem cells.Methods: 24 C57 female mice were purchased from the company of animals were randomly divided into two groups,respectively namely control group and irradiation group that accepts 4Gy of 137Cs γ-ray irradiation,after irradiation 3,6,9 12 days extracted from mouse femur in mouse bone marrow stromal stem cells were cultured CFU-F,and culture flasks,culture after about two weeks,with trypan blue staining,flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle,as well as real-time mention quantitative PCR.
