　　Tubulin,the major structural component of microtubules,has become a target for the development of anticancer agents.A series of 12 novel acylhydrazone,chalcone and amide-bridged analogues of combretastatin-A4(CA-4)were designed and synthesized.All these synthesized compounds were determined by elemental analysis,1H NMR,HPLC and MS.
