The defatted seeds are by-products of oil production from Camellia oleifera which have not been harnessed effectively.The purpose of this research is to isolate Yuchasaponin from the defatted seeds of Camellia oleifera and evaluate the antioxidative effects of it and its hydrolyzed products in vitro and in vivo.
