Paclitaxel has been approved for treatment of a variety of carcinomas, including ovarian cancer, breast cancer and non-small-cell lung cancer [1].However, its application is limited because of the solvents: Cremophor EL and dehydrated ethanol, which caused the side effects including hypersensitivity reactions, nephrotoxicity and neurotoxicity.For surmount this, temperature-sensitive liposome (TSL) are being developed.
