目的了解组织疗养考察学习这一激励措施对今后捐献意愿的影响。方法自行设计“无偿献血疗养考察者情况调查表”进行问卷调查,并作统计分析。结果北京、厦门2地考察者对今后的捐献意愿无明显差异;考察前后对愿意捐献机采、愿意1年捐献5次以上、愿意接受电话应急预约人数有明显差异,分别增长7.6%、8.8%和14.0%。结论组织疗养考察学习此项激励措施对发展固定自愿无偿机采血小板队伍有积极的意义。如果能根据现实情况制定具体的激励政策,对缓解机采血小板紧张局面将会起到不可估量的作用。
Objective To understand the impact of this incentive measure of tissue therapy study on the willingness to donate in the future. Methods Self-designed “Questionnaire Survey of unpaid blood donation and health care ” questionnaire, and make statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in the willingness of donors to donate for one year if they were willing to donate more than 5 times a year before and after the survey. There were significant differences in willingness to accept telephone emergency booking, which increased by 7.6%, 8.8% And 14.0%. Conclusion Organizational study to study this incentive measures for the development of a fixed voluntary gratuitous machine platelets have a positive meaning. If we can formulate specific incentive policies according to the actual situation, it will play an inestimable role in alleviating the tension of platelet organism.
