随着急重症及手术患者数量的增加,血液供需矛盾日益凸显,各地相继开展了亲友互助的献血模式。对此,我们做为采供血机构,依附与医院其中开展起来却更显优势。然而在缓解了临床血液供应量不足的同时,切不可满足现状,盲目乐观,要针对这个献血群体的特殊性及面临的新情况、新问题`,积极应对,不断探索,勤于思考,靠前服务,才能有的放矢的开展工作。从加强政策法规的学习,提高全员对互助献血正确理解和认识入手,勇于承担社会责任。以互助献血为契机,积极作为,唤醒民众的献血热情。加强请血与供血双方积极配合,通力协作。
