目的缓解临床用血紧张的局面,保障临床用血需求。方法1)建立应急献血队伍是缓解临床用血紧张的重要措施。2)无偿献血与文明创建工作相结合。3)发展壮大固定自愿无偿献血者人群。4)无偿献血向基层、社区、农村延伸。5)不断提高为献血者服务的水平和意识。6)不断创新宣传方式,扩大无偿献血影响面。7)严格履行计划用血,控制临床用血的过快增长。8)亲友互助献血是缓解临床用血紧张的又一重要举措。9)开源节流、科学合理用血。
