It is rarely reported that advanced hepatocellular carcinoma achieved Complete Response (CR) from sorafenib therapy.We herein report a case of CR whose disease-free survival time exceeded 2 years.A 58-year-old Male was diagnosed with HCC in November of 2008, and he was cured after two times of radio-frequency ablation (RFA) and three sessions of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).In October 2010, he performed MRI scan revealed intrahepatic multiple tumors with tumor thrombus in the portal vein.
