医院药师对时辰药理学知识知晓情况的调查研究

  目的:了解医院药师对时辰药理学识知的知晓情况,分析原因,制订相应的对策.方法:采用无记名、现场问卷的方式,对我省40家医院的药师进行抽样调查.结果:医院药师对昼夜节律的知晓率占93.37%,但是医院药师工作年限长短对昼夜节律知晓率影响无差别;医院药师普遍认为按时辰给药疗效高(84.34%)、副作用低(81.33%)、毒性低(56.63%);医院药师对糖皮质激素类药物的时辰药理学特点知晓最多,占34.34%.结论:本省医院药师对时辰药理学的相关知识有一定了解,但仍有待进一步加强,应开展有关时辰药理学方面的宣传及讲座,使药师充分掌握时辰药理学方面的相关知识,并在临床药学服务中发挥重要作用.
