目的 血液红细胞系统氧携带功能等生命基本机能都存在觉醒与睡眠的昼夜波动变化节律.通过重症监护仪获取呼吸衰竭病人呼吸时的阻抗(RESP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)和二氧化碳(CO2) 24小时数据进行分析,探索其昼夜生物节律变化规律,以合理调整用药时间.方法,选择15例呼吸衰竭病人,其中男12例,女4例,平均年龄68岁,从24小时重症监护仪中获取RESP、SpO2和CO2数据,数据采集时点设置6个:0

目的 血液红细胞系统氧携带功能等生命基本机能都存在觉醒与睡眠的昼夜波动变化节律.通过重症监护仪获取呼吸衰竭病人呼吸时的阻抗(RESP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)和二氧化碳(CO2) 24小时数据进行分析,探索其昼夜生物节律变化规律,以合理调整用药时间.方法,选择15例呼吸衰竭病人,其中男12例,女4例,平均年龄68岁,从24小时重症监护仪中获取RESP、SpO2和CO2数据,数据采集时点设置6个:0点、4点、8点、12点、16点、20点、输入余弦法程序进行生物节律分析.结果:三项数据的·峰值期均在上午出现,分别是:RESP的平均峰值相位参数为-173.3872,<0.05(出现显著生物节律)SpO2的平均峰值相位参数为-161.3127,>0.05,CO2的平均峰值相位参数为-203.4509,>0.05.结论:呼吸衰竭病人的血液红细胞系统氧携带功能存在昼夜波动变化节律.夜间低于白天,因此,呼吸衰竭病人在夜间应加强用药和严密观察.
