中医药辨证论治与运动生理节律对运动应激性疲劳影响的观察研究

  目的:遵循中医辨证论治相关理论及现代运动生理节律,研究其干预方法在改善运动性应激疲劳时的最优化应用方案,力争取得最佳运动效果.方法:以中国短道速滑队两届备战男女运动员的运动训练、比赛周期为对象,按照分期采集运动员空腹静脉血,进行相关疲劳的血常规、生化、雌雄激素、免疫、中枢MAO递质及特定生理节律指标等的测定.在中医辨证论治相关理论并结合运动生理节律,分析每个备战分期疲劳特点,开展中医药保障干预等措施.结果:1部分观测指标具有明显的指征意义;2按不同运动周期疲劳特点,建立针对性的有时间特点的恢复机体疲劳方案;3具有中医药辨证特点的保障效果明显.讨论:1.本项研究工作历经两届冬奥会备战的实践观察,研究数据、研究基础比较扎实.2.依照运动生理节律,指导运动疲劳恢复,已是国际公认的有效方法,得到了进一步验证.3.遵循中医辨证论治特别是有关时间治疗特点,开展针对性的运动疲劳恢复研究与应用,并结合具体理法方药,历时两届观察,得到奥运水平运动员的验证并取得了优异成绩,研究意义明确,值得进一步深入研究.
