Purposes: To observe the protective effect of APS against H2O2-induced oxidative damage on RGC.Methods: Cells were divided into 4 groups:A, B, C, D.Cell viability was measured using MTT.Cell proliferation was monitored using RT-CES.Results: Cell viability and cell proliferation were both significantly different in four groups (P＜0.05).
