Application of biological agents is relatively fast, inexpensive, simple, long-term effective.Biological agents is used to an agricultural system to ameliorate saline alkali soil is benefit to environment or ecosystem.Trichoderma preparation was added as broadcast granules on the surface of planted soil in coastal severe or moderate saline alkali soil.Results showed Trichoderma amended soil physical properties.The bulk density and soil density decreased respectively compared to the control.The soil compaction and porosity increased.The water stable aggregate of >0.25mm increased by 258.33%, 48.48%, compared to the control.The moisture increased by 492.88%, 16.25%.In the study the soil chemical properties were changed.The content of N, P, K increased.
