环境响应性聚合物,又称为智能聚合物,能够对外界环境中的微小刺激信号[1](温度、pH及离子强度等)的变化产生快速响应,在物理化学性质上发生改变,因而被广泛应用于药物释放、组织工程、化学和生物传感器等方面.同时,多肽不但具有良好的生物相容性,而且可以通过自组装过程形成一定的纤维结构[2],这在生物医学材料方面具有巨大的应用潜力.
