珍稀濒危植物永瓣藤(Monimopetalum chinense)花部综合特征研究

  以国家二级保护植物永瓣藤(Monimopetalum chinense)为研究对象,采用半薄切片法研究花部形态结构,探究永瓣藤的结种率低和胚珠败育的成因。研究结果表明永瓣藤花粉发育基本正常,花粉的实验观察未见异常结构;子房上位(周位花),子房由4心皮组成,心皮边缘相互合并成隔膜,向心室中心延伸,但没有在子房中央完全连合封闭,子房1室,胚珠4枚,但有胚珠不育,常常仅1-2枚发育成种子;永瓣藤的花器官是介于风媒花与虫媒花之间的一种过渡类型。
