Introduction : Myocardial ischemia in patients with cardiac syndrome X remains controversial.The purpose of this study was to evaluate adenosine-induced myocardial ischemia in patients with clinically suspected syndrome X using both CT and MR perfusion.Method : We enrolled 30 patients (55 ± 10 years, all women) with clinically suspected syndrome X who underwent adenosine-stress dynamic perfusion imaging using a 128-slice dual source CT (DSCT) and cardiac MRI (1.5 T).
