本文报告我院18例未预测小儿困难气道的护理配合。麻醉前向患者家属详细讲解气道管理的重要性及风险，并做好患儿的安抚工作；麻醉中密切配合麻醉医师气管插管；护士要做到心中有数，临危不乱，镇定有序地配合各种未预测困难气道的插管，预防低氧血症等意外的发生。

【摘 要】
：
本文报告我院18例未预测小儿困难气道的护理配合。麻醉前向患者家属详细讲解气道管理的重要性及风险，并做好患儿的安抚工作；麻醉中密切配合麻醉医师气管插管；护士要做到心中有数，临危不乱，镇定有序地配合各种未预测困难气道的插管，预防低氧血症等意外的发生。

目的 创建矫正单纯额蝶缝早闭所致斜头畸形简单有效的手术方法方法 截取患侧额骨，经塑形后，与同侧眶骨重叠固定，借以矫正额蝶缝早闭所致的一侧额骨和眶上缘塌陷后缩畸形。结果 患儿术后外形明显改善，随访效果满意。结论 单侧额骨截骨，重叠植骨术可有效矫正单纯额蝶缝早闭所致斜头畸形，同时大大降低手术风险和手术时间。
