【摘 要】
：
目的 创建矫正单纯额蝶缝早闭所致斜头畸形简单有效的手术方法方法 截取患侧额骨，经塑形后，与同侧眶骨重叠固定，借以矫正额蝶缝早闭所致的一侧额骨和眶上缘塌陷后缩畸形。结果 患儿术后外形明显改善，随访效果满意。结论 单侧额骨截骨，重叠植骨术可有效矫正单纯额蝶缝早闭所致斜头畸形，同时大大降低手术风险和手术时间。
