The growth of personalised medicine has led to the increased interest in the identification,development and validation of biomarkers.In this session we will explore the current technologies spanning the life and physical science fields that are responsible for allowing the detection and development of biomarkers to become a commercial reality.We will also address the use ofbiomarkers in inflammatory disorders and look at the future implications of personalised medicine for the healthcare industry and its potential benefits for patient care.
