目的：探讨进展型脑分水岭梗死(WIP)的病因临床和影像学类型.方法：收集在我院住院的资料完整的30例符合WIP患者的临床及影像学资料进行回顾性研究.诊断符合我国卒中诊治指南2010的诊断标准.在发病6h～1周内神经系统症状及体征进行性加重,NIHSS评分下降≥2分.收集患者临床资料包括性别、年龄、既往病史、临床表现、病程演变、血压变化,头颅MRA或DSA,多次头颅MRI,出院时的临床转归及死亡原因
