One major goal of cancer omics study is to discover novel molecular subtypes for more accurate cancer diagnoses and treatments.In recent years, high-throughput biotechniques are increasingly generating large-scale and cross-platform cancer multi-omics data.There is a great need for computational efficient methods for integrative analysis of the heterogeneous and high-dimensional cancer multi-omics data.
