Accumulating evidence reveals that microRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in control of pluripotent stem cell state.Such as,embryonic stem cell-specific cell cycle (ESCC)-regulating miRNAs are important for the maintenance of ESC self-renewal.However,miRNAs which can suppress self-renewal and may contribute to lineage commitment of ESCs have not been fully addressed.
