We will present our latest studies on the epigenetic control of gene expression that underlies embryonic and adult stem cell differentiation into the skeletal muscle lineage,with a special focus on the chromatin changes (and their regulation by specialized chromatin modifying complexes) that promote the transition from pluripotency to the myogenic lineage.
