Songpan-Ganzi block and West Qinling continental tectonic junction,that locates in the central of mainland China,belongs to the crustal-scale huge tectonic.It is the conjunction of the main orogenic belt and blocks of mainland China.Analysis of Songpan-Ganzi block and the West Qinling is of great importance for understanding the geological evolution and exploration of the deep dynamics background of mainland China (Zhang et al.,1995).Magnetotelluric (MT) measurements have been carried out at 80 sites in the junction area between the northeastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau along Aba-Ruoergai-Lintan-Lanzhou (WQL-L1) and Ruoergai- Minxian-Zhangxian-Dingxi (WQL-L6) (Figure 1).
