The development of electric vehicles and battery technologies requires the development of high performing battery thermal management systems (BTMS), as optimum vehicle performance depends on the ability to control battery temperature.BTMS are fabricated through forming and subsequent brazing of clad aluminum brazing sheets;however, it has been found that the geometry which allows for peak BTMS performance exceeds room temperature forming limits of the brazing sheet.
