　　Objectives: Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) is a rare form of non-small cell lung cancer predominantly affecting young non-smoking Asians, with only limited information in the literature.The aim of this study is to retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics,laboratory inspection,surgical methods,chemotherapy, radiotherapy and prognosis of pulmonary LELC.
