【摘 要】
：
目的：观察溃愈颗粒抗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡复发的临床疗效.方法：选择经治愈的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者116例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各58例.治疗组口服溃愈颗粒治疗，对照组口服雷贝拉唑治疗，疗程3月.观察停药后半年、1年时的Hp再感染率和溃疡复发率.结果：治疗组和对照组随访半年Hp再感染率分别为7.14％和20.37％，溃疡复发率分别为5.36％和16.67％，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)
