【摘 要】
：
目的：通过分析120例消化性溃疡(PU)患者的临床资料，探讨消化性溃疡中医证型与影响因素之间的关系。方法：对符合PU诊断的120例患者，进行性别、诱因、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染、溃疡分期、中医证型等临床资料收集。结果：肝胃不和型以女性多见，脾胃湿热型和瘀血阻络型以男性多见；脾胃湿热证、肝胃不和证的Hp阳性率比脾胃虚弱证、胃阴不足证的高；脾胃湿热型的诱因主要是饮食和烟酒，肝胃不和型的诱因主要是情志失调
