It has been demonstrated that progesterone plays important roles in the modulation of in the peripheral nerveous system and central nervous system of rats.But the mechanism is still not clear.In our study, progesterone had been intra-injected to the nucleus accumbens (NAc) of male rats by stereotaxis and microinjection technique.
