基于BS7910标准评定高速列车底架缺陷安全性
本文通过对高速列车底架中A7N01铝合金焊接接头进行应力测试及静拉伸试验，借助于有限单元法求解焊接接头中的应力场强度因子，采用BS7910方法对A7N01铝合金焊接接头中表面半椭圆裂纹和单边穿透裂纹进行安全性评定。结果表明，单边穿透裂纹比表面半椭圆裂纹危险得多。
